Why Vote Mccain? He Supports The War!?
I never understood why there are so many McCain supporters when the broad majority of Americans appose the war and the Bush regime. I think it is really dumb, niave, and ironic, as if no one has heard about McCain’s intentions in Iraq! He is just a mirror image of Bush, he wants to continue this war and spend billions of dollars a month instead of on American policies. He claims Obama is unamerican, but McCain cares more about destroying the Middle East then New Orleans! It is so hypocritical, why support and man that supports more death that majority of Americans hate! Why are we so dumb sometimes, people think we are dumb for re-electing Bush when we all hated him, but why re-elect another oil-craving, war-mongering, industrialist.
Sorry, I just really don’t understand, I don’t mean to insult anyone. I am a republican conservative myself and even I dislike McCain and am voting for Obama.
It just seems like everytime we get a chance for change and get out of Iraq, we go ahead and vote the guy we will all make fun of two years later.

I think you have a good point about a war in Iraq. I am against it also. First of all, why do the USA need to be involved in other countries’ business rather than its own? First Yugoslavia (I am sure American people were given good reason for that), Iraq (actually, there are more terrorist acts happening in Moscow, Russia than just the 11th of September and besides, America created terrorists itself supporting them). Even now having all possible economic crisis and not the best situation inside and outside country the government was trying to portray Russia and the acts of protection of South Osetia as absolutely brutal having a war in Iraq for many years. Yes, I am against the war.
And honestly, you have no choice.
If I were you, I wouldn’t vote for McCain or Obama!!!
lovely woman on Fri, 11th Dec 2009 12:56 am
This fact may have been lost on you, but Obama wasn’t in the Senate when the vote was cast to invade Iraq. Second, Obama voted for funding the war every single time it came up in the Senate. Third, Biden, Obama’s VP choice, also voted for invading Iraq as did the majority of Congress.
Finally, if you were a real republican as you claim, you would never under any circumstances vote for a democrat. So, you’ll forgive me if I do not believe your claim of being a republican.

Go to you tube and type in “the real John McCain”.
Don’t be conned by politicians. They are different horses from the same stable to con you into thinking that your vote counts, well it doesn’t. Go to you tube and type in “Clinton Curtis voting machine” and you will see the inventor swearing in court that the votes are fixed.

So do most veterans.
The Middle East? Who gives a **** about the Middle East? It would be better as a ******* crater.
By the way, nice try, liberal. No actual conservative would vote for Nobama, who makes Clinton look moderate.

McCain is just the lesser of two evils. McCain isn’t going to raise our taxes and I won’t vote for the socialist Obama who plans to raise taxes and lower our standard of living.
INCOME TAX
MCCAIN (no changes)
Single making 30K – tax $4,500
Single making 50K – tax $12,500
Single making 75K – tax $18,750
Married making 60K- tax $9,000
Married making 75K – tax $18,750
Married making 125K – tax $31,250
OBAMA
(reversion to pre-Bush tax cuts)
Single making 30K – tax $8,400
Single making 50K – tax $14,000
Single making 75K – tax $23,250
Married making 60K – tax $16,800
Married making 75K – tax $21,000
Married making 125K – tax $38,750

Why vote at all? There is no peace candidate.
I’ve been watching the demo convention, they’ve just pledged undying support for Israel,, promised to pursue Bin Laden in Pakistan,, and devoted themselves to remaining in Iraq as long as Al Queda is there.
They said they were going open up the nation to drilling for more oil.
What’s the difference? No, seriously. What is the d*mn difference?
Mr. Bitter on Fri, 11th Dec 2009 2:22 am
FIrst of all John McCain wants a victory in Iraq, he is not invested in defeat. Secondly, Did you see Biden’s son standing along side him at the convention? Did you know he is a Captain and deployes to Iraq next month. Didn’t hear alot about that did we?
Metroguy on Fri, 11th Dec 2009 3:18 am
you’re not in the majority, idiot. no one likes war, but it is a fact of life, and must be dealt with. Republican conservative ? you are severely deluded.

Why vote for Obama when his buddy Ayres attacked DC? When he supports raising taxes, when he supports killing babies, when he supports letting murderer’s out of jail? When he sat in a church for 20 years hating YOU the American??????

As my Granddaddy told me, when it comes time to cast your vote, always vote for the lesser of the 2 evils, and I feel you have made a wise decision.

how can he support war when he was a POW?
he intends to pull out, just like Obama, except, he intends to win first so that we don’t have to go back. make sense?
NiKKi on Fri, 11th Dec 2009 5:24 am
Iraq is over. How quick we get the last division out depends on how badly 25-year old miscreant arabs want to create problems.
The issue to vote on is the economy, including taxation, health care and free trade.
Kevin M on Fri, 11th Dec 2009 6:15 am
i don’t understand either how can McCain have all this support why do some Americans vote against their own interest, when we vote for people like McCain and Bush the rest of the world must look at us and say what kind of people are they.
O.G. on Fri, 11th Dec 2009 6:30 am
@ Pancakes- Were not gonna gain a victory were we are at now! Look at it, get real.
But not only that, McCain is also for re-establishing the draft. I agree with you all the way, and I really like your view point.

Y’all don’t understand what would happen if we withdrew completely from iraq. We would be vulnerable and al queda would laugh and then attack us.

The wars more or less over. We’re pulling out in 2009, Bush cleaned up his own mess. At least we can credit him with that.

McCain does want to help New orleans. McCain is a true american, with all due respect, do you realize what would happen if we pulled out of iraq and Afghganistan? first of all we would look scared, then other countrie would view that as soft and cowardly, and easy for attack. 2nd of all, we need to finish what we started, we made an agreement to help the iraq country till their govnt got squared away. Obama is trying to become freinds with our enemies, countries who have threatned us, over and over again, it is impossible to become true freinds with them, if he gets in we WILL be attacked. I am voting for McCain because he will help america stay free. why conversate and bargain with countries who hate us. Obama may have some good hopes for changes, but they will not succeed. its better to be safe than sorry.
NOBAMA!!!

I agree with you. I can’t believe all the things I’ve been reading. I just don’t understand why anyone would vote for McCain. I wonder if we are all living the same financial crisis because if you vote McCain, then you must be doing well and don’t mind spending hundreds on gas. Or, better yet, would be ok with 100 years in Iraq. I know I sound sarcastic, but if someone has any logical, sound reason, for voting for McCain, please share.
mari on Fri, 11th Dec 2009 12:27 pm
This country urgently needs an elderly confused angry old man with a bad temper to be our President. We need to stay in Iraq another 100 years, even if–no, especially if–Iraq has told us to get out. We need more tax cuts for billionaires, more poverty, more people without health insurance, fewer jobs. Yay GOP!!!
