METAIRIE, La.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–During its meeting held today the Board of Directors of Biloxi Marsh Lands Corporation (Pink Sheets: BLMC) declared a dividend of $1.00 per outstanding share of common stock payable on Wednesday, December 30, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Monday, December 28, 2009.
