Does President Bush Go To Church Every Sunday?
It seems like when any President is in the media’s eye over certain events (like New Orleans for example) then we see them going to church on Sunday. Does the President really go that frequently? Do all Presidents go to church often? I’m curious.

The United States is mainly a Christian country and by going to church it makes it look like the politician is a Christian. I believe that many are and Mr. Bush is to the best of my knowledge. What gets me is that they preach Christian values but the laws say otherwise. How Christian is it to ship jobs to other countries and put people right down the street in the USA out of work so that the investors in the company can make a couple of extra bucks? How Christian is it to fight a war in a foreign land which costs millions or billions of dollars while at home children in some cities are starving and the streets are lined with homeless people? How Christian is it to have health care for the rich but deprive the poor of having any care whatsoever? So Mr. and Mrs. Bush can go to church as much as they want but unless they practice what they preach then it doesn’t mean a thing. God isn’t just in a church, He is everywhere, in the ghetto, in the school, in the hearts of Christian men and women, and yes also in the bodies of the little children that get overlooked by some politician who lobby’s for more tax breaks for the big companies.

no George W Bush hardly ever goes to church,, most fiscal conservatives don’t either,, but they like to quote the bible,, and their pastors,,, and send religious emails everyday to all of their address list,, that most people delete without reading,,, if you don’t rate this answer thumbs up,, you might go to hell,,,,

i think so. though not everyone thinks so, he is doing a pretty good job at his job. he can’t announce when he is bringing the troops home, that would be retarded then the enemy would attack. i think that people should ask themselves, do we want the war here or over there? i’m a military child i should really be tho only one complaining. my dad has been gone for a thick chunck of the most desperate part of my life! i got off of the question didn’t i? oops ! but to answer your question, i think that he does maybe to pray and ask God to help him and with his job.
