Quinton Doggett had 14 points, leading four double-figure scorers as Southern University beat Loyola-New Orleans of the NAIA 73-68 on Thursday night in the Jaguars’ first home game since the season-opener. Derick Beltran and Jameel Grace added 13 points apiece while Cameron Monroe had 10 for the Jaguars (4-9), who snapped a season-high four game losing skid in victory.
